Annual Employee Rewards & Recognition Event
NBHC was keen to initiate a culture of rewarding & recognizing their top performing employees. ICE India created a plan for an awards ceremony and was shortlisted to manage the event.
Initially, ICE India was engaged by the client to host one event in Mumbai for their senior leadership from across the country. After experiencing a flawlessly executed event which received rave reviews from the employees that attended the event, NBHC decided to award ICE India the contract for the remainder of the three cities, viz., Hyderabad, Jaipur & Bhopal.
The offsite featured a day full of team building activities with the objective of communicating key organisational messages & goals. The evening event featured the awards distribution ceremony peppered with dance performances curated to the local region.
